Does OriginBlok work for natural wines without additives?

Yes. It records spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts and O₂ and density parameters, generating evidence of the natural process.

How is it related to designation of origin?

The Nebula certificate complements the DO with GPS, fermentation parameters and volume, facilitating audits.

Can I link it to a bottle label?

Yes. The QR can be printed on a label, technical sheet or batch. The buyer scans and sees full traceability.

Does the NFB price include the fermenter tank?

Can I use the same NFB for coffee, cocoa and wine?

Each unit is configured and optimized for a crop. Although the platform is the same, the parameters, sensors and algorithms are specific for coffee, cocoa or wine.

What happens if I don't have connectivity on the farm?

NFB saves data locally and syncs when there is WiFi/LTE connectivity. Offline mode ensures that no readings are lost.

How is the Nebula Score calculated?

It is an algorithmic metric from 0 to 100 based on parameter consistency, traceability, regulatory compliance and post-fermentation data.
