What is immutable traceability?
It is a digital record that cannot be deleted or modified. Each batch of Came is stamped with date, GPS origin, fermentation parameters and weights. Any buyer can scan the QR and verify that the information was not altered.
Blockchain is the technology that makes this possible: it distributes copies of the record among multiple nodes, so no one can change the past.
